Hi Tashi – we wanted to share our comments with you about our trip. It was really great. Firstly, THANK YOU so much for helping to obtain our Indian visas. Without them, we could not have continued our holiday. Your efforts on our behalf are very much appreciated. Our tour with Bhutan Gateway surpassed our expectations. Our guide (Chimi) and driver (Tashi) were professional, courteous and friendly. Chimi’s command of the English language and knowledge of the Bhutan culture were an integral part of our experience. And it didn’t matter if he was waiting for us while we meditated in the temples or making phone calls which ended up extending his work day, he was patient, kind and very helpful.

We really enjoyed biking in Bhutan and have incredible memories of your lovely country. Namgay and Khephel made the trip fun – they did a great job as guides, drivers and bike riders! They are great ambassadors to your country. We also appreciated the help with the bikes – unpacking, assembling and disassembling for the plane ride home.

About guide: From the start to finish he was very accommodating. He picked me up from the airport with a smile and made me very comfortable. He introduced Bhutan well to me the first day and answered any all questions I had throughout my trip. He made the car trip fun with jokes and music. Great guide will recommend to everyone. Transportation: Best driver! Very conscientious! Safe, very nice and compassionate. Hotels: Much nicer than I expected all very accommodating, especially liked the hotel in Thimphu. Sightseeing: Dzongs are spectacular. Museum on first day was good introduction to Bhutan. Favorite was hike to tiger nest. About Bhutan: Peaceful welcoming I hope the culture, native and tradition withstand outside influences.
